We had a sickly week here last week.  Nothing major, just head colds, but enough to wear us down.  It was nice to be able to have a quiet Sunday at home after church yesterday full of giggles, snuggles, and pictures.

A Birthday Surprise

Blair had a birthday last week, so his mom and I threw him a Batman party Saturday.  I won't tell you how old he is, but I will tell you he was born in 1980...

We had a great day with friends and family, and the birthday boy had a blast with everything Batman.

Finishing Touches

The door over the mantel came from The Farm.  The farm that has been in the Chadwick family for six generations.  I absolutely adore the way it looks in the den and the little bit of family history it brings along with it.
