We had a freeze warning for last night. I moved my container gardens under the carport and worried about my irises. I decided to bring in as many as I could.
It smells absolutely fabulous in the house right now!
And there are still several more uncut out front.
Fortunately, the flowers are all up close to the house and still look great. It was strange taking the dog out on to frost covered grass this morning, though.

DeleteIrises are pretty hardy in light frost...they look terrific in your house, though, and they DO smell wonderful! a taste of Heaven...
